Refund & Cancellation Policy – Nirvana Trips & Leisure
At Nirvana Trips & Leisure, we value every traveler who chooses us for their holidays across Srinagar, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jaipur (Rajasthan), and Gujarat. We aim to make your journey smooth, safe, and memorable. However, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain complete transparency, we have outlined our Refund & Cancellation Policy below. Please read it carefully before confirming or cancelling your booking.
General Refund Guidelines
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact form.
Refunds will be processed only to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
The refund process may take up to 60 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Token/advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are used to secure hotels, cabs, permits, and other travel services in advance.
Cancellation Policy & Refund Structure
30 days or more before tour start date – 90% of the booking amount will be refunded (after deducting token amount and service charges).
15–30 days before tour start date – 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
Up to 15 days before tour start date – 30% of the total amount will be refunded.
Within 7 days before the tour – 10% of the booking amount will be refunded.
1 day before or on the day of tour commencement – No refund.
After the tour has started – No refund will be applicable.
No-Refund Situations
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
If your taxi/vehicle faces mechanical or technical issues during the journey.
In case of natural calamities such as landslides, floods, earthquakes, heavy snowfall, or road blockages.
Due to government restrictions, strikes, traffic jams, curfews, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.
For any unused services (hotel stay, cab services, sightseeing, or activities) during the trip.
Important Notes for Travelers
Refunds are calculated on the entire package cost, not on individual services.
Cancellation charges from hotels, airlines, transport providers, or activity operators may vary and will be deducted accordingly.
GST, service charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Partial cancellations (e.g., skipping a sightseeing location) will be subject to the respective service provider’s cancellation policy.

We pre-book hotels, vehicles, guides, permits, and other travel services in advance for your convenience. These vendors often have their own strict cancellation rules, which is why our cancellation terms are firm, fair, and transparent.
