Welcome to Nirvana Trips & Leisure. By booking a tour, package, or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

Nirvana Trips & Leisure operates tours across Srinagar, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jaipur (Rajasthan), and Gujarat.

Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or phone.

• Reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment as per the package terms.

• Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed upon in writing by Nirvana Trips & Leisure.

Payment Policy

• Advance Payment: A minimum deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking (may vary as per package).

• Balance Payment: Must be paid before the start of the trip.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or online payment gateways.

• Nirvana Trips & Leisure reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received on time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• Cancellations made 7 days before departure: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

Force Majeure

Nirvana Trips & Leisure is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, roadblocks, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Itinerary Changes

• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Alternate arrangements will be provided whenever possible to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip.

Travel Documents & Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued ID, passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents.

• We are not responsible for denied entry due to incorrect or missing documentation.

• Travelers must adhere to local laws and regulations during the tour.

Accommodation & Transport

• Hotels, homestays, and transport are booked based on availability at the time of confirmation.

• While we ensure safe and comfortable arrangements, specific brands, room categories, or vehicle models cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

• Vehicles provided are for group travel and scheduled sightseeing only. Personal usage outside the tour itinerary is not included.

Liability & Insurance

• Nirvana Trips & Leisure acts as a tour operator and facilitator and is not responsible for personal injuries, loss of belongings, accidents, or delays during the trip.

• Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, and trip cancellations.

Code of Conduct

• Travelers must respect local customs, culture, wildlife, and property.

• We reserve the right to remove travelers from the tour without refund if their behavior endangers others or violates local laws.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Nirvana Trips & Leisure website (including images, text, logos, and videos) is our property.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
